Return & Refund Policy

At famoryn, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
  • We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Original packaging should remain intact.

  • If the external packaging includes the product name and barcode, this may help expedite processing.

3. Return Shipping and Labels
  • United States (US): Customers in the US can receive a DHL/UPS return shipping label. A fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the refund. The label will be sent via email, and packages can be dropped off at the designated facility.

  • Canada (CA) & Australia (AU): Customers in Canada and Australia must arrange their own return shipment. We will provide the return address once your request is approved. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Adjustments
  • If the total order amount falls below the free shipping threshold ($30 USD) after the return, the original shipping fee ($7.99) will be deducted from the refund.

  • For US customers using the DHL/UPS return label, the $8.99 label fee will also be deducted.

  • For Canada and Australia, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. How to Request a Return
  • Contact us at support@famoryn.com with your order number and details to initiate a return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

  • Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please email support@famoryn.com within 24 hours of receiving your package, with photos and details.

  • If approved, the return instructions and address will be provided.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • Customers may place a new order for the replacement item.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

9. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

  • You can expect to receive your refund within 15 business days.
