At famoryn, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. We currently ship to United States, Canada, and Australia via DHL Express.

Shipping Fees

Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

• Transit Time:

  • United States & Canada: Delivered in 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Australia: Delivered in 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, public holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Restrictions

To ensure successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including street number and building number where applicable.

Restrictions include:

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.

• P.O. Box addresses are only supported within the United States.

Failed Delivery Situations

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect shipping details (address, phone number, recipient’s name).

• Refusal to accept the package upon delivery.

In these cases, refunds cannot be issued.
If you realize your order information is incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and updated details before your order is shipped.

Customs Duties

• Orders shipped to United States, Canada, and Australia are delivered duty and tax paid.

• Customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees at delivery.
